Refund Policy

General Provisions

This section sets out the terms under which refunds may be issued for services provided on a monthly subscription basis. By subscribing, the user agrees to the rules outlined below.

Trial Period and Initial Payments

  • Subscriptions with a free trial period or subscriptions offered at a discounted introductory price will automatically terminate when their stated term expires. Continuing with a paid subscription requires payment under the standard terms.
  • Payments made prior to accessing the service (for example, as part of a pre-order without automatic service activation) may be refunded up until the moment the service is actually delivered.

Refunds for an Active Subscription

  • A subscription is considered active from the moment the subscriber receives notification of service activation, either within their subscriber account or via an email sent to the subscriber’s registered address.
  • Funds paid for the entire prepaid period are non-refundable once the subscription has been activated, as the service is deemed to have been delivered, even if the user does not make use of it.

Exceptions Where Refunds May Be Issued

Refunds may be granted in exceptional circumstances, including:

  • technical inability to provide the service due to the service provider’s fault;
  • other situations confirming improper or insufficient service delivery.

Users’ Rights Under Ukrainian Law

  • Under the Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Protection”, a service is considered delivered from the moment access to it is actually provided — that is, upon activation.
  • Since an online service is a digital service delivered immediately, the user loses the right to withdraw and request a refund once the service provision has begun, unless otherwise stated by the service’s internal rules.
  • In the event of substantial deficiencies in the service, the user may request proportionate compensation or the free rectification of the issue.
